How can I get my scooter?
We offer hassle-free delivery service, bringing your chosen scooter right to your doorstep or preferred Anaheim location for the ultimate convenience.
How often should I charge my scooter?
Scooters should be charged every night before use. Each scooter will have a charger in the back pouch of the seat. The scooter will be delivered fully charged.
When do you deliver the scooter?
We will deliver the scooter fully charged before the agreed time with the customer.
Do I have to pay 100% of the rental price or half to rent the scooter?
100% of the rental is charged before delivery. There are no deposits or holds.
If I want to cancel my reservation, will you give me a full refund?
We do offer full refunds on cancelled reservations
How long does the battery last on a scooter?
A fully charged scooter will last approximately 15 miles. Our batteries have been upgraded to provide a hassle-free rental. Scooters are intended for single-rider use.
When do I pay, before or after I take the scooter?
Payment is taken and processed before the delivery of the scooter.
When I am done with the scooter, where do I leave it?
Scooters and key can be returned to the front desk at your hotel.
What happens if the battery runs out and I am stranded?
If you run into any issues at the park, one of our team members can meet the guest outside of the park’s gates. Rescue times do vary on availability.
